5 Simple Ways to Organize Each Day

As a person seeking a more Successful and Fulfilling Life, your time is precious. While the choice is yours in how to spend your day, the best way to utilize your resources and maximise your time is to organize it. We should start each day in an organized way, and you’ll get more done than you can imagine.
Below are 5 simple ways for achieving an organized day:
1) Make a To-Do List:
Make a list the night before of the things you have to do tomorrow. Prioritize every item in the sequence it should be accomplished, with the outmost priority to be placed on top and the rest in a descending manner. Consolidate similar tasks. When you wake up in the morning, you will have a clear-cut guide for everything that must be done.
2) Be Wary of Getting Diverted:
Very often we are distracted by other external factors and our schedule that we have set earlier gets thrown off track. If you find that you constantly get off track, we can set a timer that goes off every 30 minutes. Every time it sounds, be sure you are working on what you originally planned. If you’re not, stop what you are doing at that moment and get back to schedule. Most distractions are not emergency situations.
3) Strike Off Items As You Complete Them:
Every time you finish something, strike it off your To-Do List. This will certainly give you a sense of accomplishment throughout the day.
4) Call Before You Move:
If you have an appointment during the day, always try to confirm before you leave your office or home. This will ensure that the person you’re meeting did not forget about the appointment. And if you client has something to finish up and need to meet you slightly later, perhaps you can do something else first, before you leave to meet them.
5) Do A Final Check:
At the end of the day, take a look at your To-Do List. How many items were you able to accomplish? Are there only one or two things left unfinished, or are there many yet to be striked off the list? If there were just a few undone, simply move them to tomorrow’s To-Do List. If there were many undone and unstriked, and you work diligently on everything all day, then you probably had too many things on your list to begin with. Re-think how much you can possibly do in a given day. Remember, we have only 24 hours, and we should be using one third of those hours to sleep and rest our system.
The above ways have been my key towards a more efficient and effective lifestyle.
Hope you will find the 5 simple ways as useful as i find it.

Outrageous Night @ Train The Trainer Program

There is this Outrageous Night in the Train The Trainer 5-days Intensive Program, where we were asked to choose a song that we like to perform on the stage of about 200 people that we don’t know. And we are not suppose to keep it safe. We are in fact to make it as outrageous as possible, such that even our mum would be ashamed to see us in that performance (in case they manage to get the tapes). The whole purpose is to get ourself out of the comfort zone, so that we can break the limits in what we are going to do - which is to become a Top Trainer in this universe. Awesome event!
I was dressed in a silly way, and performance the dance and song od Mambo No. 5 by Lou Vega. The pressure was so intense and the clapping & cheering was so loud, that i actually forgot about the lyrics. I think their idea is in fact to get us still moving and performing to our best even at instance where things become uncomfortable and unfamiliar. Check out the video below of my “silly” performance. This is Mambo No. 5 ……..

As mentioned in my earlier posts, I have just completed my 5-days Intensive Train The Trainer program at Singapore Expo, Singapore. It was not as easy as I initially expect it to be. The program is really intensive, with lots of on-the-spot practice and very short breaks in-between. There are also instances that we are asked to go to the stage (in front of 540 people) to practice what we have learned just a few minutes ago. Awesome event!
Being a trainer can be one of the most exciting and fulfilling professions on the planet, but if you’re missing some critical knowledge and skills, it can be a major struggle which is why most people in the training and speaking arena are poor presenters.

I just came back from a 5-days Intensive program by T. Harv Eker known as TRAIN THE TRAINER I. It was an AWESOME event that will certainly stay with my for life. Before i talked more about this program, i was reminded by Harv Eker on this saying: “If you don’t use it, You will loose it!”. This make me realized that i have not done something that i told myself to do late last year when i have attended the Millionaire Mind Intensive when T. Harv Eker first came to Singapore. That is to share with people that knows me.
That was the 1st time that T.Harv Eker and his crew from Peak Potentails (from North America) actually bring programs to Asia. This was the Millionaire Mind Intensive in Singapore Read more

Time now is 1.50am and i have only managed to reach my house and change to my sleeping “suit”. This program is really intensive -It starts at 9am in the morning and will end each day at 12.30 am in the wee hours. Physically, i am tired but mentally and emotionally, i am super-charged up. I just can’t wait to learn more in the next 2 days and impart my skills in my coaching program to help people further. It is worth it! Alright, time for me to go rest as i need to wake up at 6.30am. Please continue to provide me your feedbacks and i will be back to active blogging in 2 days time.
Cheers
